If a product goes faulty during the applicable warranty period, we will either dispatch an advance replacement unit, repair the unit or if this is not possible we will dispatch a free of charge replacement. For any faulty products within their warranty period we will arrange a collection free of charge. All we require is the part number and serial number relating to product(s) you wish to return. Exceptions and limitations apply.
Important Information - Please do not return products without an RMA number. Goods received without this will be returned back to the customer and delivery charges may be incurred.

If you change your mind about a purchase for any reason, you may return it to us (providing it is in its original condition) within 30 days and we will issue a full refund.
Advance Replacement Service
If your Dahua product goes faulty within 3 years of the original invoice date, we will ship an advance replacement unit free of charge. If your product is not a Dahua product then you will most likely be covered by our 12 month advance replacement. To request an advanced replacement please call a Cop technical support engineer on 01457 874999. Once they have identified the product as defective our customer service team will issue an RMA number and a replacement unit will be dispatched on a next day delivery.

Repair or Replace Service
If you would prefer we still offer a repair or replace service for all products, we will collect the unit free of charge from your preferred location for repair. A repair usually takes approximately 7-10 working days. In the event that your item cannot be repaired, we will issue a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability, this will be dispatched free of charge.
We’ll still fix it!
If your product is no longer covered by the Cop warranty, you can still choose to have your product repaired at very reasonable prices, providing that we still stock the spare parts needed for the repair. As soon as we have received & inspected the unit our customer service team will contact you with a repair quote, only when this has been approved will we continue with the repair. Once repaired, the product will be dispatched to you or made available for collection.
