COP UK is a Saddleworth based company, importing and distributing CCTV equipment. A vacancy has arisen for an administration assistant for maternity cover. 

Starting Monday 4th May 2020

Salary in the region of £20,000 per annum dependent on experience + bonus
Monday-Friday 9.00am to 5:00pm 
Reporting to the Administration Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
• Answering inbound calls promptly and efficiently 
• Process all incoming orders from existing and new customers 
• Responding to and following up on customer enquiries 
• Perform general office administration as required 
• Provide Excellent customer service at all times 
• Organising and tracking customer deliveries 
• Providing information as required to assist credit controller 

The ideal applicant will be a dynamic self-motivated individual, be computer literate and have accurate data inputting skills. You must work well as part of a team, have an excellent telephone manner and be able to work under pressure as you will be expected to cover other jobs during holidays and particularly busy periods.
