How do I register for an trade/credit account

How do I change my password? 
You can change your password by clicking here, or when entering your login details there is a 'forgot password' button. You will then receive a link to follow to reset your password.
Please check all your folders including your junk. 

I've forgotten my username
Your username is associated with your email address, if you cannot remember your email address, please contact our customer service team on 01457 874 999 & they will be able to assist you. 

I need technical support, what can I do?

I haven't received my order
We apologise if you haven't received your order in time, please contact our customer service team on 01457 874 999 & provide details of;
- Your purchase order number
- Delivery note reference number 
- Consignment number from DPD
& our customer service team will be able to assist you further

I have an item to return, how do I do this?
You have 30 days from the day of purchase to return any unwanted items. 

I have a faulty product, what do I do?
If a product goes faulty during its warranty period, we will either dispatch an advance replacement unit, repair the unit or if its not possible we will dispatch a free of charge replacement.
