As with all businesses, the outbreak of COVID-19 has forced us to alter our operations in order for us to keep our business functioning as normal. Our key focus will continue to be on the safeguarding of our customers and employees. We are closely monitoring government guidance and acting accordingly based on expert advice.
We have compiled the following Q&A to answer the most frequently asked questions.

Is COP UK closed as a result of the outbreak?
No. COP UK is open for business as usual. Home-working has been introduced for all of our office staff in order to reduce social interaction and slow the spread of the virus. Should this situation change, we will communicate our position immediately.
Will my order still be processed and delivered?
Yes. There is no difference in the ordering, processing and delivery of your purchase other than DPD will not ask for a signature upon delivery.
Will I still receive my order Next Day?
Yes. We are currently offering FREE Next Day Delivery on all orders placed.
Will I still receive Technical Support?
Yes. All of our Technical Support staff are working from home and will be available for your calls 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri.
Do you have enough stock?
Yes. In December we upped our stock levels in case the virus became as serious as it has. We have a large stock holding with access to further reserves, should they be required. Dahua have now returned to work and supplying as normal. All stock quantities are available on the product pages of our website.
Can the virus be transmitted through packaging/products?
No. Our Warehouse Operatives are working under a strict protocol which forbids anyone with any symptoms, or family members with symptoms, from coming into work. All are working under safe distancing rules and have been provided with suitable equipment, such as rubber gloves, to ensure they work in a sanitised environment.
Can I still collect my order from the Trade Counter?
No. We have closed our Trade Counter as a precautionary measure to protect our staff and customers. All delivery and collection drivers are working normally but will not be asking for signatures when delivering.
Will you be shutting down?
No. Though the situation is evolving rapidly, we feel well equipped to deal with the crisis ahead. Any changes to our position will be communicated with our customers immediately.
Are you still making site visits.
No, ALL our staff including technical support engineers and BDM's are instructed to work from home only.
What about faulty goods and repairs?
We are still operating a normal service including our Advanced Replacement.
Are you still carrying out training?
We have stopped all in house and onsite training, however we are switching to online training, please check our training section on our website for details of courses available.
